Meet Our Staff

An experienced, knowledgeable, and supportive team can make all the difference in your cosmetic enhancement experience. Our team at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics has been hand-selected by Dr. Carrie A. Houssock for their commitment to patients and the outstanding care they provide at every stage of the treatment process. From your initial appointment to your follow-up care, you’ll find each member of our team to be respectful, responsive, and compassionate to your needs. Sarah Brown – CRNA

Sarah Brown is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). She is the primary anesthesia provider at the practice. On any given day at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, Sarah may be seen performing pre-operative patient reviews, administering anesthesia, and maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Outside of the office, Sarah spends time with her two wonderful children and her amazing husband.

She loves to work out, which is nice because she loves to eat great food as well.

Lindsey DiTanna – MSN, CRNP, FNP-C

Throughout her career at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, Lindsey DiTanna has had a broad range of job responsibilities, which have included injectables, skin care, and facial treatments as well as surgical and non-surgical hair restoration. In between seeing patients, she is often refilling prescriptions, finishing trichoscopy (for hair patients), and ensuring supplies are ordered and the operating room is running smoothly.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.

Val Krajewski – Registered Nurse

Val Krajewski is a Registered Nurse at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, and she performs duties as both an Operating Room Nurse and Nurse Injector. When working with patients, Val is mindful of taking the time to really listen to the patient’s needs.

In her free time, Val enjoys lifting weights, taking her great dane, Auggie, on hikes, and traveling with her best friend/husband.

Richard Markowitz – RN, Hair Restoration Coordinator

Richard Markowitz is a Registered Nurse and the Hair Restoration Coordinator at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics. Some of Richard’s daily tasks at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics include conducting hair consultations that involve hair transplants and hairline lowering, as well as assisting with hair transplant procedures in the operating room. Due to his experience in the operating room, Richard often lends a hand to Dr. Houssock as a Circulating Nurse for other procedures, and in some cases he may scrub in and assist during surgery. He also provides reception assistance, which includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall customer service.

Outside of the office, Richard has a number of hobbies and guilty pleasures—some of these include trying to make his wife laugh, playing dress-up as whatever Disney character his daughter asks, learning to play piano, collecting and drinking whiskey and scotch, playing poker, and continuing to be disappointed but still rooting for the Orioles. Richard also has multiple Lord of the Rings tattoos and is the most obscure movie quote person he knows.

Val Pajak – Licensed Esthetician

Val Pajak has worked for JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics as a Licensed Esthetician for more than 24 years. Val mainly works with the hair transplant team to prepare and place grafts that Dr. Houssock has strategically and artistically designed. She also works as an Esthetician, performing HydraFacials^®, peels, and laser treatments.

Outside of work, Val enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on trips, and trying new foods and restaurants. She also likes to explore outdoor wineries with her fiancé.

Alina Parker – Registered Nurse

Alina Parker is a Registered Nurse at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics. She strives to help patients recover from surgery safely and with as little discomfort as possible. Throughout the work day, you may see Alina making pre-op phone calls, working in recovery, and circulating between patients.

In her free time outside of the office, Alina enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, dog, and cat.

Danielle Talley – Practice & Surgical Director

Danielle Talley has been in the aesthetics field for 20 years, and has been on the team at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics for 15 years. As the Practice & Surgical Director, Danielle will be with you every step of the way from your initial consultation through the time of surgery. She is extremely helpful in aiding patients with her understanding of procedures and facilitating the process of scheduling surgery. Danielle oversees patient care at every level. Serving as a liaison between patients and the doctor, her role is to answer all procedural and surgery-related questions in order to help patients have the best possible experience and overall results.

Throughout her career, Danielle has attended the industry’s leading conferences to learn about implementing new, innovative strategies for the practice. She enjoys making every patient feel they have received the very best experience from our office.

Jen Welsh – CFO

Jen Welsh is the chief financial officer of JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, which means she is responsible for all of the accounting, billing, and other financial aspects of the practice. Jen admires the team’s success with helping patients.

Outside of work, Jen loves spending time with her two boys, watching them play baseball and basketball. She is also enthusiastic about spinning classes and working out.

Amanda Whitcomb – Receptionist

Amanda Whitcomb is a Receptionist at JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics, and she is dedicated to creating a positive patient experience from the first phone call to in-office appointments. Her main duties include patient check-in and check-out, answering phones, guiding patients to their rooms, and maintaining the front area of the office.

Outside of the office, Amanda spends her free time taking her puppy, Penny, to the park, visiting with friends, and playing co-ed softball on the weekends.
